Erkol LD03 by Celanese is a biodegradable, water-soluble tackified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). It provides a high degree of wet tack and water resistance. Erkol LD03 possesses properties that vary according to the molecular weight or polymer chain length and the degree of hydrolysis or alcohol group content. It is used in adhesives.
