DA-1120

DA-1120 by Dairen Chemical is a water-redispersible vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer powder. It contains polyvinyl alcohol as protective colloid. This grade improves adhesion, flexural strength, abrasion resistance and workability of modified compounds. DA-1120 contains a fine, mineral filler as anti-block agents. It is free of solvents, plasticizers and film-forming aids. Used in tile adhesives, repair mortars, trowelling compounds, mineral plasters and gypsum based compounds. The recommended dosage for thin-bed tile adhesives with good frost resistance and trowelling compound is 1-5% and for repair mortars and mineral plasters is 1-6 %. It has shelf life of 6 months.
