DA-179

DA-179 by Dairen Chemical is a non-plasticized milky white emulsion based on vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer. It contains polyvinyl alcohol/surfactant as stabilizing system. After drying it forms a clear, very soft, flexible film with low surface tackiness and exhibits very good adhesive behavior on an extremely wide range of plastic material, especially polyvinyl chloride (PVC) product. It provides excellent water resistance. It exhibits excellent strength, elasticity and good workability because of high compatibility with cement. DA-179 is suitable for the high performance waterproofing application. This grade is used as adhesives for lacquered surface and plastic films in the packaging and paper industries. Its shelf life is 6 months.
