DA-500 by Dairen Chemical is a non-plasticized aqueous copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It contains polyvinyl alcohol/surfactant as stabilizing system. It shows good resistance against aging, light or saponification. DA-500 is an excellent base emulsion for floor-, wall- and ceiling adhesives. Used as general adhesives for packaging, bookbinding and bonding for plastic films (specially PVC) or metal films, water-resistant kraft paper, coated papers & as base for EPI wood glue systems. The shelf life of this grade is 6 months.
