Vistamaxx™ 3020FL

Vistamaxx™ 3020FL by ExxonMobil Chemical is propylene-based elastomer. It offers good durability, softness, excellent sealing properties and mechanical properties. It provides excellent toughness, tear- and puncture resistance, improved melt strength and good oragnoleptic properties. It exhibits more mileage for the same weight through low density, reduced adhesive applicator maintenance and exceptional thermal stability. It improves cling performance in cast stretch film and offers outstanding optical properties and improved recyclability. It has a consistent pot stability which reduces charring, gelling and therefore clogged nozzles. This in turn minimizes cost for cleanup and maintenance. This olefinic elastomer is composed of isotactic propylene repeat units with random ethylene distribution. Can be blended with PP, PE and other polyolefins. Vistamaxx™ 3020FL is suitable for a wide range of blown film, polymer modification, compounding and thermoforming applications. FL designates that this product passes ExxonMobil Chemical's test for film appearance with regard to gels, as needed for performance film applications (A rating). It is FDA, EU and RoHS compliant.
