Araldite® EPN 1179

Araldite® EPN 1179 by Huntsman is a very high viscous, polyfunctional phenol novolac glycidyl ether. It is semi-solid with a functionality of 2.5. Used in adhesives for exterior vehicle (OEM), interior vehicle (OEM), vehicle assembly (OEM), structural assembly, battery cover sealing & battery assembly. Araldite® EPN 1179 is also used in cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, potting and encapsulating, assembly, thermally & electrically conductive, household appliance assembly, sporting goods, medical device assembly, aircraft & aerospace, marine, rail, recreational vehicle, truck, sport & leisure and wind applications.
