KURARAY LBR-300

KURARAY LBR-300 by Kuraray is butadiene homopolymer rubber. It functions as a reactive plasticizer but have far higher molecular weight than normal plasticizer. It is co-vulcanizable with solid rubber such as NR, IR, SBR, IIR and BR. It improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures. It reduces migration significantly which improves the product’s shelf life. During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds physical properties. It results in a product with lower processing costs. It is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. KURARAY LBR-300 is commonly used in automotive sealants, pressure sensitive adhesives and hot melts.
