KURARAY POVAL™ 200-88 KX by Kuraray is a high viscosity group modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It exhibits excellent film-forming properties, high tensile strength and elasticity. This grade is water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It shows very good dispersing power and resistance against organic solvent. KURARAY POVAL™ 200-88 KX is used as a stabilizer in emulsions and adhesives.
