SEPTON™ 2063

SEPTON™ 2063 by Kuraray is a high performance styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene (SEPS). It is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) which behaves like rubber without undergoing vulcanization. The SEPS structure generally does not crystallize and exhibits excellent tensile elongation and low temperature properties. It is compatible with tackifiers such as alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, hydrogenated terpene resin, petroleum resin and hydrogenated rosin resin. Exhibits excellent balance of properties and versatility. SEPTON™ 2063 is used in hot-melt adhesives and non-woven applications.
