Pearlstick™ 45-60/08

Pearlstick™ 45-60/08 by Lubrizol is an aromatic, elastic, linear polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU with an extremely high crystallization rate and a medium thermoplasticity level. It finds use in the production of solvent-based adhesives for plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC. It shows good hydrolysis resistance. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and strength of the joints. Pearlstick™ 45-60/08 enables the production of adhesives intended for spray application in the automotive industry and with high performances in the green-strength of the joints and temperature resistance.
