Pearlstick™ 45-60/25

Pearlstick™ 45-60/25 by Lubrizol is an elastic, linear, polycaprolactone copolyester based aromatic TPU with an extremely high crystallization rate and a medium/low thermoplasticity level. It is a suitable raw material for the production of one-component solvent-based adhesives. It also finds use in the production of adhesives for plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC or other materials. It shows good hydrolysis resistance. Adhesives based on Pearlstick™ 45-60/25 show high green strength values, easier heat activation (wide range of activation temperatures) and long and high hot-tack (tack retention). It is used in footwear industry.
