Vycar™ VA-0173 by Lubrizol is a medium viscosity, general purpose vinyl acetate emulsion. Exhibits good wet tack, excellent solvent as well as plasticizer tolerance, machinability and compoundability. It is a large particle size, fast setting, polyvinyl alcohol stabilized homopolymer emulsion. Compatible with various catalyst and resins used in adhesives. Vycar™ VA-0173 is used in packaging adhesives.
