Risun 15000T

Risun 15000T by Risun Polymer is a low monol silyl terminated polyether with trifunctional methoxy groups. This new silane modified STPP resin catalyses with DBTDL or the other available non tin catalyst and the trifunctional methoxy groups needs to be protected in compounding with extra vinyl silane. It has been developed to take the advantage of high molecular weight polyether polyols which can be reacted as well as capped with silane based chemicals to produce very clear, reactive, stable resin with good properties and no residual surface tack. It uses epoxy silane, secondary amino silanes as adhesion promoters and it is designed to be used with DIDP plasticizer as well as precipitated calcium carbonates to formulate harder joints industrial sealants. Risun 15000T is also used in construction sealants.
