Aqueous emulsion of a vinylidene chloride copolymer plasticised with a phosphate plasticiser. Possesses a high VdC content. Provides a soft flexible film with good water resistance. Can be used as binder for fire-retardant non-woven fabrics. Used in adhesives for bonding hessian to paper.
