Stepanpol® PC-030-02

Aliphatic polyester polyol. It is an amorphous, primary hydroxyl, prepolymer grade with excellent bonding profile. Stepanpol® PC-030-02 is of a great choice to the one component foam (OCF) insulating sealants formulators because of its in-can stability, fire retardancy, adhesion to a variety of substrates and cost effectiveness. It allows formulators the versatility in PUR hot melt adhesive applications to improve green strength, creep resistance, substrate bonding profiles and to modify open time. In flexible packaging applications it improves flexibility, extends pot life and delivers superior hydrolytic stability under acidic as well as basic conditions. It is also used in fabric laminating, construction, woodworking and product assembly applications. Its recommended storage temperature is 15-35°C.
