VINNAPAS® 323

VINNAPAS® 323 by Wacker is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. Offers fast setting and high heat resistance. It exhibits excellent wet tack and excellent mechanical stability. This dispersion exhibits high tensile strength and moderate flexibility. It is highly compatible with fully hydrolyzed poly (vinyl) alcohols which enhance the water resistance capability. It is also compatible with partially hydrolyzed alcohol, surfactant stabilized vinyl acetate based dispersions, acrylic copolymers, etc. Applications include high speed packaging such as corrugated case forming and sealing, bag seams, carton forming and cup forming. VINNAPAS® 323 is used as a solid ingredient in adhesive formulations designed for laminations of porous substrates, e.g., paper or board to wood products.
