VINNAPAS® EP645

VINNAPAS® EP645 by Wacker is a modified vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion. Offers excellent adhesion and cohesion strength to a wide variety of difficult-to-bond substrates at elevated temperatures. Exhibits a good wet tack, setting speed and excellent machinability. It provides excellent flow properties, flexibility, resistance to aging, frost- and heat resistance. It is a white-colored, clear, glossy dispersion. Ideally used as a co-blending dispersion for polyurethanes or other polymers in a variety of medium- to high-speed machine applications. PVOH is used as a protective colloid/emulsifier system. Primary applications include synthetic leather market adhesive, vinyl laminating and textile. VINNAPAS® EP645 by Wacker is used successfully in synthetic leather adhesives for PVC sheet and textile or polyurethane sheet and textile.
