DMS 10000

DMS 10000 by Wolan Technologies is a silane terminated polymer. It consists of a base long chain, PPG, and a crosslinking molecule like a methoxy group attached to a silicone atom. The urethane and urea groups in DMS 10000 allow good retention of DIDP & Mesamoll plasticizer and less problems with adhesion. It uses tin diketonate catalyst at higher levels. Used for adhesives where processing with PPC and DIDP is easier as in one step with drying and vacuum.
