Zetpol® 2020L

Zetpol® 2020L by Zeon Chemical is hydrogenated nitrile elastomer (HNBR). It is a low viscosity version of Zetpol® 2020. It offers superior service in tough environment applications. It exhibits much higher resistance than NBR elastomers to heat, sour gasoline and ozone as well as retention of properties at temperature ranging from -40°C to 160°C. It displays lower brittleness temperature than NBR with the same volume swell in gasoline, is more cost-effective than FKM and exhibits minimal deterioration when exposed to special oil additives. Zetpol® 2020L finds application in adhesives compounding.
