Adhesives ingredients supplied by Lubrizol

Pearlthane™ TPU is a full range of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPUs) by Lubrizol. These grades are designed for extrusion, injection molding, and compounding applications.

Under its Bio TPU™ flagship offering, Lubrizol also offers Pearlthane™ ECO TPU – High-performance bio-based TPU grades manufactured from renewable sources. These grades offer similar performance when compared to traditional petroleum-based TPUs. They are made up of block copolymers consisting of a sequence of polyol soft segments and hard polyurethane segments.

The mechanical, physical and chemical properties of Pearlthane™ TPU offer significant flexibility in a wide range of applications, including barrier films, adhesive films, decorative films, breathable films, etc.
