Cooking up Wheat Wood Glues

Wheat paste is best known for making papier-mâché, so it may seem unlikely that it could be used in any more demanding applications.However, research published this year shows that wheat might be able to produce effective wood glues, either starting from whole wheat grains, or wheat gluten.
