Cardolite has developed multi-functional epoxy resins, named LITE 513DF, LITE 514HP, and LITE 547LV, that can be formulated into various 1K and 2K epoxies. The Cashew nutshell liquid (CNSL)-based epoxy resins provide high bio-content and excellent adhesions and superior water resistance. LITE 514HP in particular can be used as BPA epoxy replacement offering better water resistance and adhesion. LITE 513DF provides excellent dilution performance and balanced strength and flexibility. LITE 547LV is the newest addition to the CNSL epoxy family. LITE 547LV is designed to offer improved toughness in 2K epoxy formulations.
