BENTONE® LT by Elementis is an electrolyte-stable rheological modifier. It is an organically modified special smectite clay. It provides high viscosity & thixotropy and offers thermo-stable aqueous phase viscosity control and wet edge/open time. It prevents hard settlement of pigments/fillers and reduces syneresis. It shows compatibility with synthetic resin dispersions, polar solvents, non-ionic and anionic wetting agents. Designed for adhesive applications with a dosage level of 0.1-1.0%. BENTONE® LT has a shelf life of 4 years.
