Carbotac™ 1822

Carbotac™ 1822 by Lubrizol is carboxyl-modified acrylic emulsion. It exhibits moderate tack as well as peel shear strength performance and good cohesive strength for removable pressure sensitive bonding applications. It has good mechanical stability, excellent runnability at high and low speeds, specific adhesion, good heat as well as light stability, solvent or plasticizer resistance. It also offers consistent performance and ease of compoundability. Carbotac™ 1822 is a 55% solid, anionically stabilized polymer which can blend with Carbotac™ 1822 and Carbotac™ 1814. Used in carpet, removable tapes, tile, removable labels and laminating applications.
