Pearlstick™ 45-90/03

Pearlstick™ 45-90/03 by Lubrizol is an elastic, linear polycaprolactone copolyester based aromatic TPU with a small amount of anti-adherent in the formulation. It has a low crystallization rate and medium/low thermoplasticity level. It is used in the production of adhesives for different kinds of materials. It shows good hydrolysis resistance. Pearlstick™ 45-90/03 enables the production of solvent-based adhesives with high solids content and low viscosity, which have a very long open-time. It is advisable for one- or two-component adhesives. The addition of a polyfunctional isocyanate to improves the heat-resistance and the strength of the joints. It is used in automotive industry and primers.
