ROBOND FL-8400 polymer provides excellent durability. This polymer is characterized by excellent water and alkali resistance and the unsurpassed ultraviolet stability inherent with acrylic chemistry. The polymer is very resistant to plasticizer migration, allowing for its use with vinyl flooring. Formulations based on this polymer exhibit the ability to be applied over greener concrete with little to no adverse effects.

Resulting Properties

The table above provides an example formulation for an acrylic latex emulsion adhesive that can be used as a pressure sensitive adhesive for resilient and carpet tile flooring. ROBOND FL-8400 polymer has been specifically designed to provide superior wet and dry adhesion properties.
