Biesterfeld and Dymax have extended their distribution partnership for light-curing adhesives in eastern Europe, which are primarily used in medical technology, industry and electronics. Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria are now added to the distribution area with immediate effect. The adhesives were distributed in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2018.

The portfolio includes light-curing adhesives from the DualCure
® range. The adhesives are suitable for bonding plastics and metals. The products have a dual curing mechanism. The adhesive cures within seconds under UV light and offers secondary moisture curing for shadowed areas.
Dymax Medical Device
® Adhesives round off the portfolio of UV-curing adhesives. The adhesive is formulated for disposable medical products. Dymax Medical Device
® Adhesives enable the fixation of needles in syringes, the production of catheters or wearables, which are used, for example, for continuous monitoring of blood glucose levels.
