Bostik Findley Flooring Group launches DURABOND® D-1372™ Pressure-Sensitive Spray Adhesive at Surfaces 2007

MIDDLETON, MASS -- The Bostik Flooring Group launched at Surfaces 2007 in Las Vegas DURABOND® D-1372™ Pressure-Sensitive Spray Adhesive. D-1372 is designed to help professional contractors bond a variety of construction surfaces, including:

  • Carpet and Carpet Pad
  • Carpeting Tiles
  • Stair Nosing

The web-spray adhesive is formulated to meet or exceed all federal and local V.O.C. limits (including those of OTC states and California). D-1372 does not contain any chlorofluorocarbons, ozone-depleting chemicals or methylene chloride. DURABOND D-1372 is available immediately in 17-ounce aerosol cans.

"DURABOND D-1372 is tinted blue for easy identification of all areas where the adhesive has been sprayed and which targeted areas remain," said Scott Banda, Bostik Flooring Group's Product Manager - Carpet, Vinyl and Patch Products. "With an open time of 10 seconds to 2 minutes, D-1372 delivers extremely fast tack, has a web spray pattern, and offers contractors low soak-in with high bond strength."
