Celanese Announces Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Price Increases

21DALLAS -- Celanese Corporation, a global technology and specialty materials company and a North American leader in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) polymers, announced that its subsidiary, Celanese EVA Performance Polymers Inc., will increase the price of Ateva® EVA for grades containing a vinyl acetate level of 25% or greater by $0.06/pound effective August 1, 2010, or as otherwise allowed by contract.
