Dow Announces Epoxy Resin Price Increases in North America

The Dow Chemical Company ("Dow") is raising prices in North America for a wide selection of its epoxy resin products. Effective July 1, 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow will increase off-list prices for liquid, solid, solid solution and brominated epoxy resins as follows:

Liquid Epoxy Resins
D.E.R.™ 300 series
Solid Epoxy Resins
D.E.R. 600 series
Solid Solution Epoxy Resins
D.E.R. 600 series
Brominated Epoxy Resins
D.E.R. 500 series

All other terms and conditions of sale for products affected by these price increases remain unchanged.
