Azelis Americas CASE, LLC has been appointed by Momentive Performance Materials USA LLC as distributor of its polyurethane additives products for the entire U.S. The appointment will be effective from 10 May 2020.

The agreement expands Azelis’ commercial relationship with Momentive and the company is also a distributor for the Momentive
silanes business. The relationship provides an excellent platform for organic sales growth in a critical segment of the market served by Azelis Americas CASE.
