New company in the Bayer Chemical Park in Leverkusen

Leverkusen -- Teadit GmbH is the twelfth Chemical Park partner to set up operations at the Bayer Chemical Park in Leverkusen. With over 50 years' experience in seal technology, Teadit is a global player. The company will open its German branch in Leverkusen in the middle of May after signing a rental agreement with Bayer Industry Services (BIS) for office and production space at the start of April 2005. This has created four new jobs, with two employees from Bayer Jobactive GmbH being given permanent contracts at Teadit.

The Teadit group of companies from Kufstein in Austria has production operations in Italy and Brazil and from mid-May will also have manufacturing facilities in the Bayer Chemical Park in Leverkusen. The corporation also has sales and service offices in the USA and Argentina. Teadit meets every demand in industrial seal technology through its comprehensive product range and expert service. Its state-of-the-art technology and more than 50 years in the business make it one of the leading producers of stuffing box packings, sealing material from expanded PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), sheet jointings, gaskets, yarns, expansion joints and associated seal products.
