Safic-Alcan UK has announced that it has acquired 100% of Langley-Smith & Company. Langley-Smith was established in 1907 and is a specialty chemicals distributor in United Kingdom, Ireland and mainland Europe, with a focus on adhesives, paint and coatings, polymer modification, road marking and rubber processing, inks and varnishes. It is also a significant player in the beverage, animal feed and detergency sectors.
Building Position as Specialty Chemicals Distribution
Langley-Smith is an excellent fit with Safic-Alcan’s existing operations.
