Sartomer Company Increases Epoxy Acrylates Prices in Europe

Published on 2006-11-29. Author : SpecialChem

During the last quarter, the escalation in the costs of raw materials used to manufacture epoxy acrylates has continued. There has also been an associated tightening of the supply/demand conditions. We have tried to absorb costs as much as possible, but now, unfortunately we have to pass extra costs to our customers. Therefore we will be increasing the prices of our epoxy acrylates by 0.15 Euros/kg as of January 1st, 2007 or as contract terms allow. This price increase is in addition to the one issued on September 2006 and reflects the rapid evolution of the epoxy market.
