Low-cost One Component Sprayable Water-based Adhesive
ProAqua1 is a one-component water-based adhesive specially formulated for foam converting, mattress manufacturing and soft furnishings.
The adhesive is gravity fed to a conventional spray gun, so set up costs are minimal and the system is low maintenance.
The adhesive is applied to both surfaces and an instant bond is achieved when the substrates are put together, allowing for further processing to take place immediately after bonding.
Offers Tack on Difficult Substrates
ProAqua2 is a two-component water-based adhesive specially formulated for office seating and other applications requiring the bonding of foam to foam, foam to wood and foam to plastic, especially when holding materials under high tension.
ProAqua2 provides tack even on difficult substrates and another advantage is that there is no fabric bleed-through so there is no need for retouching and cleaning after application.
These characteristics, together with ease of application and proven performance, make it the ideal choice for heavy-duty applications including seating refurbishment.
