Essentium Launches 3D Printing Bed Adhesive for Industrial-scale 3D PrintingEssentium, Inc. launches four all-in-one 3D printing adhesives in partnership with Magigoo, a provider of 3D printing bed adhesive solutions. The adhesives are tailored for Essentium’s portfolio of materials and the Essentium High Speed Extrusion (HSETM) 3D Printing Platform, to provide manufacturers with a reliable adhesion solution for industrial-scale 3D printing.

Meeting Demands for Industrial 3D Printed Parts


The product range consists of four bed adhesives, including:

  • Standard – Designed to work with a variety of 3D printing filaments
  • Nylon filaments – Designed to work with polyamide filaments
  • Flexible filaments - Designed to work with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filaments
  • High-temperature filaments – Designed to work at high printing temperatures

The Essentium 3D Printing Bed Adhesives – Powered by Magigoo are designed to work with heated beds. The adhesives stick the print firmly in place while printing and then release the print once the bed has cooled. The process allows for consistent and reliable printing without needing to use rafts, tapes, harsh chemicals, or other solutions. Essentium is introducing 120ml adhesive to meet the growing demand for industrial 3D printed parts for factory floors.
