SP-6601 Resin

SP-6601 Resin (Old name: AKROCHEM® P-55) by Akrochem is a tackifier. It is a tall oil-modified phenol-formaldehyde two-step resin with hexa. The small amount of resin will act as an effective plasticizer during processing and will contribute strongly to hardness, stiffness and abrasion resistance after cure. In high durometer parts, tear- and chip resistance will be improved. It complies with FDA. It shows compatibility with SBR, EPDM, natural- and nitrile rubber.
