Tinuvin® 400-DW by BASF is a low color, low migration, aqueous dispersion of a 2-hydroxy-phenyl-s-triazine (HPT) UV absorber. It is an encapsulated hydroxyphenyl-triazine UVA with high extinction in the UV-B region, it is a good raw material for industrial applications. Shows minimal interaction with metal catalysts and amine crosslinkers. Tinuvin® 400-DW is used in adhesives and bonding layers.
