Chartwell C-516.72HR by Chartwell International is an increased reactivity diamino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stabilized MEA neutralized metal complex. It provides reduction of creep at the scribe, reduced blistering and improved adhesion to plastics, ceramics, concrete as well as wood. Chartwell C-516.72HR is supplied as a solution in propylene glycol. It improves adhesion to all metals with accompanying improved salt fog resistance and should always be added to hardener (epoxies) or polyol (urethanes) with the recommended usage level of 0.35 - 1.4 wt. % depending upon polymer solids (plus organic pigment weight if applicable).
