NUOSPERSE® FX 504 is a low-foaming, polymeric pigment dispersing agent by Elementis. Shows excellent compatibility with polymeric binders used in aqueous adhesives. It is a solvent-free ammonium salt of a polymeric carboxylic acid in water. Provides reduction in dispersion viscosity and prevention of flocculation, floating, flooding and pigment settling. A typical concentration of 0.1-1.0 % calculated on the total quantity of pigment and extender will be sufficient. NUOSPERSE® FX 504 has a shelf life of 2 years.
