RHEOLATE® 175

RHEOLATE® 175 rheological additive by Elementis is a low viscosity, easy-to-use hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion (HASE). It is APEO (alkyl phenol ethoxylate)- and solvent- free acrylic emulsion designed to provide excellent mid- to high-shear viscosity build. It is cost effective against typical cellulosics and offers excellent film build, leveling and excellent in-can stability. Suitable for water-borne adhesives and sealants. Complies with REACH, TSCA, DSL, EINECS, IECSC, NZIoC and NECI inventories. RHEOLATE® 175 has a shelf life of 2 years.
