THIXCIN® GR by Elementis is a non-discoloring, readily dispersible, inorganically modified organic thixotrope. It is a derivative of castor oil with a reduced tendency for lumping. It is easy to disperse and efficiently provides viscosity, thixotropy and sag control. Used in solvent-based adhesives and sealants. Promotes pigment suspension. Provides sag control without impairing flow and leveling. It is recommended at a dosage level of 1-6%. Shelf life of THIXCIN® GR is 4 years.
