Carbowet® 300

Carbowet® 300 by Evonik acts as a wetting agent, dispersing agent, surfactant and defoamer. It is a multifunctional, non-ionic, solvent-free and non-alkylphenol ethoxylate (APE), cost effective additive which can provide substrate wetting, pigment wetting, stabilization and emulsification in a wide range of applications as well as polymer systems. It is readily biodegradable and shows less foam than those prepared with competitive grind aids. Carbowet® 300 offers improved dispersion as well as viscosity stability of resinated pigment dispersion and excellent surface tension reduction. It is used in waterborne adhesives.
