Surfynol® CT-171

Surfynol® CT-171 by Evonik is a solvent-free pigment wetting and dispersing grind aid for organic pigments in waterborne dispersions.

It is effective for resin and resin-free dispersions.
It provides long-term dispersion and viscosity stability, viscosity reduction, color development, good foam control, high effectiveness with troublesome pigments.
It does not negatively impact other properties, such as water sensitivity and ink adhesion.
It is used in adhesives.
Surfynol® CT-171 recommended usage is 1-4 % on pigment solids with grind resin and 15 % on resin-free, pigment solids.
