TEGO® Antifoam 3045

TEGO® Antifoam 3045 by Evonik is an organic oil defoamer. It is a low viscosity, easy-to-handle liquid that contains no added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). It is designed to control and typically eliminate foam, pinholes and entrapped air in water-based adhesives without generating surface defects. TEGO® Antifoam 3045 is used in lamination-, flexible food packaging- and pressure sensitive adhesives. Its recommended usage is between 0.2 to 1.0% of total formulation weight. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
