Firemaster® 504

Firemaster® 504 by Great Lakes (Chemtura Group) is a halogenated (bromine) blend of PHT4-Diol™ and phosphate ester. Acts as a flame retardant. It is a water-insoluble dark amber liquid with a mild odor. Exhibits low viscosity (pours at room temperature) offering improved process handling and storage (fast bulk tank transfer and higher solubility) characteristics versus neat Firemaster®508. Exhibits excellent compatibility with a broad range of commercial polyols and blowing agents. Completely soluble in dichloromethane, methanol, toluene and methyl ethyl ketone. Suitable for adhesives. The components of Firemaster® 504 by Great Lakes (Chemtura Group) are reported in US.TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), Canadian DSL (Domestic Substances List), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), NZIoC (New Zealand Inventory of Chemicals), KECI (Korea Existing Chemicals Inventory), PICCS (The Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances) and IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances Produced or Imported in China) inventory.
