Latent hardener/accelerator MC120D

It is an imidazole type latent hardener (curing agent) and accelerator for one-component epoxy resin compounds. It exists as yellowish powder. As accelerator, it can lower down hardening temperature and shorten hardening time when using the following hardener: anhydride, dicyandiamide, aromatic amine, hydrazide, and phenol-aldehyde resin etc. It is applied in electronic adhesives.
