Higree™ CL1100

Higree™ CL1100 by Higree Chemical is a C5 hydrocarbon resin. Acts as a tackifier. It is a low molecular weight, light color thermoplastic resin produced from aliphatic petroleum-derived monomers. It has good compatibility with base polymers such as styrene block copolymers (SIS, SBS & SEBS), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polybutadiene (BR) and natural rubber (NR). Offers low VOC, excellent heat stability, low odor, heat resistance as well as water resistance and good transparency, chemical stability, holding power. It also has a good balance of tack and cohesive properties. It enhances wetness in pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) which is composed of elastomer, tackify resin, plasticizer, filler and solvent. Higree™ CL1100 is used in various applications like hot-melt adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesive, solvent based adhesives, bookbinding, labels, packaging tapes and asphalt modification.
