Higree™ HB1200

Hydrocarbon resin. Acts as a tackifier. It is a thermoplastic, low molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distributions, slightly yellow C5 resin with slightly C9 modified. Higree™ HB 1200 is compatible with styrene block copolymer (SBS), wax, EVA and SIBS. Offers low VOC, excellent heat as well as water resistance, low odor and good chemical stability, transparency, cohesive power, holding power. It enhances wetness in pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) which is composed by tackify resin, modified elastomers, plasticizer, filler and solvent. Used in various applications like tapes, labels, hot melt adhesives and solvent based adhesives.
