D-91 by HUBEI BLUESKY NEW MATERIALS is a neutral crosslinking agent. It is a blend of vinyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane and tetrakis(methylethylketoxime)silane (65:35). It readily hydrolyzes upon contact with moisture. D-91 provides elasticity and tear resistance to the sealants.
